Thirty-plus Houston cops working second jobs on city time

A bunch of Houston cops are in hot water after Internal Affairs found they had been moonlighting on city time, The Chronicle reported this afternoon. The police officers' union downplayed the allegations to the newspaper. One captain has also been suspended for using his work computer to send e-mails regarding his second job, reporter Mike Glenn wrote.
