TxDOT has come out with a new study suggesting that red light cameras have been sharply curtailing accidents at Texas intersections -- but the Grits for Breakfast blog picks apart the data and finds it lacking. If you didn't see it already, GTB has been lauded by the American Bar Association Journal as one of the top 100 legal blogs in the country. I know I have its RSS feed in my Google Reader (and not just because I eat grits for breakfast often).

Churches are exempt from having to provide unemployment insurance. But I guess that doesn't apply to big hospitals run by religious orgs??
