Judge wants names of people who posted anonymously about NE Texas case

A judge has ruled that the names should be revealed of people who posted anonymous comments on Topix.com about a sexual assault case in northeast Texas.

Mark and Rhonda Lesher have been found not guilty in the criminal courts, WFAA-TV reports in a story on DallasNews.com:

And so this month, the Leshers sued 178 anonymous posters on the Web site. A Tarrant County judge ordered Topix to turn over potentially identifying information about the users listed in the lawsuit. The site has until March 6 to comply with the ruling.
