The San Antonio Express-News and the Houston Chronicle have posted a searchable database of pay data -- including regular pay, bonuses and overtime -- for 175,000-plus Texas employees. The Express-News database is at this link, and the Chron.com database is at this link. And if you want to know how much the top dogs' pay increased from the previous year, don't forget that Texas Watchdog has a searchable database of records showing state employees making $100,000 or more in 2007.
