From the Beaumont Enterprise:
The Beaumont Enterprise is entitled to standardized test scores requested more than a year ago from a Port Arthur charter school, a district court judge ruled Friday.
Tekoa Academy of Accelerated Studies must provide last year's aggregated results from the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills tests, 172nd District Court Judge Donald Floyd said in answering a motion for summary judgment.
The school must also pay the Enterprise's attorney's fees. Keep up with all the latest news from Texas Watchdog -- and join our new network on Ning at http://texaswatchdog.ning.com/! Ex-Harmony Teacher

While you are at it, have the Judge investigate the Harmony Science Academies in Texas. They are bringing teachers from Turkey on HB-1 Visas, that have questionable credentials. Money is taken from US tax payers along with the numerous foundations/institutions overseeing these schools (which are part of the Islamic Gulen Movement) http://www.cbs7kosa.com/news/details.asp?ID=19733
Gulen manages 97 US Charter schools, they funnel money vertically and horizontally from Cosmos foundaton--> Raindrop turkish house----> Pacifica Institute---->Harmony Science Schools. Pacifica puts on the turkish Olympaid a big "dog and pony" show in TX, so the American kids can show off their Turkish singing, dancing and Poetry. Then the students get to go to "Europe" (only it is really Turkey) for a big show for Turkish government officals. I resent the co-mingling of my tax dollars to push the Gulen Islamic agenda it is wrong. I am tired of Raytheon and the other big Texas corporations that have defense contracts with Turkey donating this. Our kids deserve better. Oh, one last thing...the high test scores and awards the school boasts about? ...well they are from Gulen sponsored contests and shows. Gulen also owns his own media (Zaman and ERBU TV) is worth $5.2 billion, and is the most powerful Moslem in the world.
TEXAS WAKE UP.
