This just in: The city has released the report by Bracewell & Giuliani law firm regarding the nonprofit created by the Houston Airport System to enable it to build and run airports in other countries. We're making the report available now, and we'll have more to come on it later.

It is interesting that: 1)Review gives clean bill of health under current structure 2)Recommendation to change what is not broken 3)Attorneys are only ones to come out ahead while the Aviation department gets less money out of the deal, therefore not as much profit to be paid to the airport system 4) City Council had already signed off on all major deals 4) If it is making money why try to restrict it? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Leave it to government to make things cost more and do less! Accusations without the facts cost a lot of wasted time and money to all concerned!
