This time we deal with the practice of lawyers at he Harris County Attorney's Office moonlighting for cold hard cash -- even if the case they're taking on is against the interests of Harris County taxpayers.
We're we amazed to find that this is completely legal, even though it raises all kinds of questions concerning conflicts of interest.
