More ethics forms: Houston City Council At-Large Position 4

We've also got ethics forms for the candidates for Houston City Council At-Large Position 4 for you this morning. This is the seat that Councilman Ronald C. Green is vacating due to term limits (he's running for city controller instead).

The candidates and their forms:

Former Houston Police Chief C.O. Bradford
Curtis Garmon
Green Party candidate Deborah Shafto
Noel Freeman had not filed an ethics form as of a couple of days ago, the city secretary's office said. If he files one, we aim to update this post.

We filed our report by mail within the specified time frame. Not sure what happened, but we are going to refile it in-person today.
