Noel Freeman, candidate for the City Council At-Large Position 4 currently held by Ronald C. Green, plans to get a copy of his personal financial statement to the city secretary's office today -- in fact, he may already have done so by the time you read this.

You might have seen our post on Thursday that 6 council candidates had still not filed their ethics forms, and Freeman was one of them. But he commented on our post and said in a follow-up e-mail to me that he's rectifying that today. He said his campaign had previously mailed in the forms before the official deadline, but the city secretary's office never did get them. So he's refiling. As soon as we can get a copy, we'll post it here.

That leaves five peeps without forms -- and tomorrow's Election Day:

+ Roger Bowden, candidate for City Council District B, running against incumbent Jarvis Johnson.
+ Larry McKinzie, candidate for City Council District D, running against incumbent Wanda Adams.
+ Wayne Garrison, candidate for City Council District E, running against incumbent Mike Sullivan.
+ Kenneth Perkins, candidate for City Council At-Large Position 1 (Peter Brown’s seat).
+ Carlos Obando, candidate for City Council At-Large Position 5 (Jolanda Jones’ seat).
