I've got a quick-and-dirty explainer that you need to read -- it's my newest post for the Society of Professional Journalists' Net Worked blog. I talk a bit about hashtags, how we use them at Texas Watchdog, and how you can use them to Tweet more effectively on whatever you're Tweeting about. Take a read and send me your feedback.
