After comparing data from last school year to this school year the Dallas Morning News found double-digit decreases in scores relating to teacher morale and working conditions.
The scores are based on 10 factors that include creativity, good communication and ease of problem-solving, the News reports. The writer also says the district refused to release the results last year until the Texas Attorney General issued a ruling that forced the district to do so.
