Poor families qualify for appliances, heating systems; spending capped at $6,500 per house under weatherization program

Auditors find shoddy work at weatherized homes in Illinois, Texas ups inspections of homes improved under federal stimulus

ABC 13's Wayne Dolcefino last September examined the city of Houston's weatherization program and found it rife with waste.
