Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas highlights public information issues in "60 Seconds to Freedom" instructional videos

Freedom-of-information advocate Keith Elkins describes the process of requesting an open records letter ruling from the Texas attorney general. Elkins is executive director of the Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas, which produced the video as part of its "60 Seconds to Freedom" series, available at FOIFT's YouTube channel.
