Whetting my appetite for the political ads to come in the Bill White/Rick Perry Texas governor showdown

I'm a sucker for great political ads, which is one of the reasons I enjoyed the Texas GOP primary so much. Remember Gov. Rick Perry's slick take on US Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison's flights on the public dime? And Hutchison's humerous send up mocking how the Perry negative advertising team comes up with the material for their anti-Kay commercials?

(They apparently have been taken down from each other's sites in the wake of the post-primary Republican truce.)

Well, today I stumbled across a great ad for James Anderson who is running for Alabama Attorney General. I don't know much about him except he is a Democrat, has served in some appointed offices in the Yellowhammer state and, apparently, has a sense of humor about himself.

See for yourself -- and see if you aren't getting a little hungry for the YouTube ads that will be created by Rick Perry and Bill White as they compete for Texas' top office.
