Texas Watchdog is still digging into records to illuminate HISD's travel practices and the money it spends on airfare. 

We reported a few weeks ago on the poor planning that led to pricey fares and the toothless travel policy that allows for such waste. The school district says it is updating its travel policy prior to the start of school this fall.
