We culled thorough hundreds of emails to piece together our Texas Watchdog story on how the University of Houston plotted to keep its acquisition of Rice University's student-run KTRU radio station secret as long as possible. We even found emails offering advice on ways to lie to Rice students about the potential sale -- all to keep the public in the dark.

We are providing all of those emails here now. Click on the links marked "Email batch."

Take a look. Perhaps you'll see something we missed.

If we did, please give us a call or shoot us an email.

Email batch one.

Email batch two.

Here's a link to the original story based on these emails.

If this was really a clean deal, then why all the lying?
